Nearly 50 works of the inclasificable Greek artist Sophia Vari, from oils and watercolors to sculptures in bronze, will be shown from today on from various outdoor locations in the capital of Tenerife, in what will be the first deployment of “Autumn Cultural CajaCanarias” planned for this year.
The initiative will start with the opening of the exhibition in the hall of the cultural space of the Fund, where — up to October 31st — those medium volume sculptures will be displayed in the inner courtyard of the building overlooking the street from the Moon.
The larger pieces remain until December 15th in front of the headquarters of CajaCanarias; In the Park Boulevard, near the Auditorio de Tenerife and on the street Suárez Guerra (frente a la plaza del Principe).
Complete this quote with the art of Vari a collection of watercolors and oils that could be envisaged until the end of this month at the exhibition hall Maria Rosa Alonso, located near Placa de la Concepción. Many of the exhibits will see the light for the first time.
